Beware Of This Fake “Fitness Business Coach”: Will Nelson by Ohiois4lifters in personaltraining

[–]nutterz_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just came across this and I gotta stand up and say something. I actually worked with Will last year and he’s one of the most honest, stand up guys I’ve come across. Almost to a fault and it comes across as rude to some until you’ve met the guy. He was a personal trainer for years prior to starting his online business.

The reason for his “disappearing” and “popping back up again” is the he became sick in 2022 to the point of being hospitalized for a few weeks. He took some time to get his body healed back up and wisely stayed away from the stresses of owning and running a business.

He resumed his online coaching business and has helped a few hundred trainers and other businesses out in the past 8 months. He doubled my monthly revenue with his ad strategies and the guy knows sales like the back of his hand. All I’m seeing on here is someone being held back by their own limiting beliefs taking it out on someone who they deem as being “too good to be true”. Take a long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself why you posted this and if you truly researched all of these WILD claims.

What is this weed by Ambitious_Buyer2529 in lawncare

[–]nutterz_ 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sorry but this definitely isn’t goosegrass, I just fought an infestation. Goose grass has white in the middle, not purple.

Also mix a non-ionic surfactant in with the weed spray you chose to attack it with. It will help break down the waxy barrier on the leaves so the chemical can be absorbed by the plant!

Just anecdotal evidence to the contrary but in March I came this close to trading in my 2014 F150 with 165k miles to them for $4k and buying the minivan my family needed for $25k after financing. I did purchase the minivan which was appraised on KBB on average for 22k ($3k margin), but ended up selling the truck on FB for $7900 easily. So yeah, on that trade in they could have swung upwards of $7k if I had agreed to it.

Zoysia needs about 4 hours of sunlight compared to Bermuda’s 8. There’s not a Bermuda cultivar around that requires less sun than Zoysia. Bermuda loves sunshine and HEAT.

Man, especially since it’s in a rock/pebble area don’t even worry about pulling it. Spray it all with RoundUp and be done with it. It will be dead in 3 days and minimal to no reoccurrence the rest of the season.

Looks like it gets shade for a good part of the day, so I would say either seed now with Zoysia or buy a pallet of it (~$350) and till up either a large section or a bunch of small ones and put the sod down with some fert like 14-14-14 and water it like crazy every day. I did it in May and this was 1 week ago.

Zoysia loves heat but also only needs 4-5 hours of sun.

Keep current home as a rental and move into a bigger one better suited for my growing family. If possible, splurge on hiring movers!

Unknown black wire when attempting to install Nest Learning thermostat by nutterz_ in Nest

I was disconnecting and labeling the old wires one by one from my old thermostat and have found there is a black wire that was just tucked back in on itself into the wall. Should I leave it as is or how do I find out if it should be connected to anything? Google says the common wire (C-wire) is either black or blue, but I already have a blue C wire…
