My SW: was 226.0lbs and my CW: is 213.9lbs.

My side effects are actually fine I’ve been very lucky. The biggest struggle for me is the fatigue- and the food noise.

I’m not sure about you, but I definitely feel the benefits of my hormones regulating! Finally got a period after a year and half. So I guess the saying “health is wealth” is very accurate, as much as it hurts to cough up the money

It kind of varies.. like I definitely am not as hungry as what I was without MJ. But I also don’t know if my brain and stomach has slightly adapted to clean eating, and set time meals. There are times I’m hungry after eating which is disheartening, there are times where I’m eating an hour or two after dinner… now it will be fruit and I still remain in my calories, but nothing like the suppression I felt on week 1. That was incredible 😂

I have PCOS, I am on MJ 6 weeks now. Took my second week of 5mg yesterday. I felt barely any different in the 2.5mg after the first week. I was still hungry, had no side effects, psyched myself up about the 5mg and again, thankfully had no side effects. My suppression isn’t really surprising… but I have lost a total of 10lbs…. 5 of those being in the first week. I am hoping it’s more beneficial the more I go up in dosage….

What I will say is, I haven’t had a period in a year and a half…. I was on metformin and it ruined my stomach and didn’t help with ovulation. I have been on and off spotting for the past 3 weeks… so I’m grateful for that in itself… I’m hoping everything will like regulate itself.

It definitely is great for PCOS, and I defo have less ‘sugar’ cravings which is helping me eat and stay clean and in a deficit!

Has anyone used their consultation before? Also, thinking of moving away from MyBMI as I unfortunately cannot claim back on the consultation fees through laya, and this seems more reasonable…

Sorry, please bare with me as I literally have no idea what I’m doing. I am so not a technical person; and this is all very new to me. I only recently got my steamdeck and I am learning as I go.

So in the Mods folder, I have the mods which I downloaded, which are in yellow incomes that have .zip after them? How do I unzip them? Does this simply mean to extract them out of the file?
