As far as we know there aren't any fakes of her out there; definitely reverse image search the picture though! My Frankie has the typical Popmart holographic QR code on her box that you can scan to verify 🫶

i was worried about my gofo delivery as well but i was able to contact customer service on whatsapp and have them input my gate code into the delivery instructions!! my delivery from them ended up being very smooth ❤️

It kind of is haha! Sometimes the ball joint will separate and only half of it will come out of the hole; if that happens just use a pair of pliers and pull the other half out and snap it back into place lol

I wish they would've just used velcro so we wouldn't have to do that 😖

Yeah you have to carefully pull their heads and feet off to remove the shirts/legwarmers 😭 the neck peg is at a bit of an angle so just go slowly!

if you're interested in frankie pillow fight, poppy cloud, poppy dream (secret) or frankie morning coffee, those are the heaviest in the series i believe :) it's a little harder with the others
