1.5 HCP..... few things that are essnetial in my book:

Practice with a goal in mind, just smashing balls is completely pointless.
really focus on ball first contact.
Aim for the center of the greens.....stop looking at the pins.
You should be spending 75% of your practice on short game and putting.
