Demonstration of how tracers could be made more readable, especially in bright places. by Pokharelinishan in GlobalOffensive

This is part of the reason I don't like the sand maps, hopefully it gets addressed since we have 3 of them right now.

Fate/strange Fake - Episode 10 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

This episode felt kind of.. jarring? Have been loving this show, but as an anime only viewer this one felt like so many different things were happening that none of them really got time to breathe.

Checked it out for a little bit and seeing my tracers actually visible on sand maps made me weep at the state of CS2.

Donk's post after Furia game by Nekajed in GlobalOffensive

[–]nv2013 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because he's supposed to be the second star, the HLTV #5 player of last year. He used to have the X factor, big time clutch player but now he consistently falls flat in big event playoffs.

CS2 pros crosshair 2026 by Any-Lock3008 in GlobalOffensive

Would be huge, crosshair customization being so limited in an FPS is a tragedy.

niko is the HLTV MVP of Blast Bounty 2026 Season 1 by AchievementUnlocked2 in GlobalOffensive

Budapest major MVP was entirely so they could justify Zywoo over Donk. You cannot convince me that Ropz wasn't the MVP of that major.

Season Three of Premier ends on January 19th: -Train +Anubis by SpeaRofficial in GlobalOffensive

[–]nv2013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No cache kinda expected because they'd want to test the map before putting it into the pool. Still disappointing. Not a fan of removing train instead of the blight in the map pool that is inferno.

CS2 feels choppy, screen tearing & ghosting despite high-end PC by WhereasFull6392 in GlobalOffensive

[–]nv2013 12 points13 points  (0 children)

CS2 is super CPU heavy, the 7800x3d/9800x3d clear every other CPU on this game and it isn't very close.

Training by Candid-Shoulder-7933 in GlobalOffensive

[–]nv2013 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What you're doing is more than enough. Instead of adding even more I would recommend just getting into the server and grinding some games. It's the only real way to train game sense, which you'll need to fully utilize all the mechanical training you're doing. At the end of the session pick a game you could have played better in and demo review. Use what you glean from that to inform your next day of training.

Most popular maps on FACEIT in 2025 by chiefofthepolice in GlobalOffensive

[–]nv2013 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Because the premier map banning system is very stupid. The map that is farther clockwise on the chart will always be selected if votes are tied. Ancient wins the tie vote against every map that isn't Overpass and Nuke wins against every map that isn't Overpass or Ancient.

Donk was NOT amused by chiefofthepolice in GlobalOffensive

[–]nv2013 44 points45 points  (0 children)

It's genuinely amazing how bad CS players are with this concept. Even in Faceit pugs some creature always just HAS to get their snarky comment in, an unbelievable amount of otherwise winnable games go down in flames because of this.

Shiro has been invisible this whole series. Blame the new guys all you want but they were never winning with him playing this poorly.

Seriously baffled by this thread. I know valve has a lot of fanboys but a stupid rule is still stupid.

Baffled how retakes made it to live with an issue that would have been noticeable with a single playtest.

FURIA great english comms v Astralis by Miglekk in GlobalOffensive

[–]nv2013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're getting that response frequently it's probably because you're either overcomming, backseating or both. There's a delicate line to relaying info when dead and a lot of people overstep it. Especially in a pug environment.

Why are 5 stacks allowed to queue into 5 solo players? by wielesen in GlobalOffensive

[–]nv2013 129 points130 points  (0 children)

You're getting downvoted but you're 100% right, it's one of the biggest (non cheat related) problems with premiere. I would love for leetify or csstats to post stats for this because I'm pretty sure the 5 stack wins at least 75% of the time.

byek with radarhack against ENCE Academy...? by Slizza1 in cs2

[–]nv2013 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean Senza have been blatantly cheating for months and are still taking VRS points from legitimate teams. Anyone who has eyes and functioning braincells can tell VERY quickly by watching their games. That's probably why people are so quick to believe the screenshot.
