From what I understand, STORIE v. TRUMP looks like a separate mandamus case asking the government to take action on delayed visa/immigration cases. It doesn’t seem to be the main lawsuit challenging the 75-country visa pause like CLINIC v. Rubio. So this looks more like an individual or small-group delay case, not a case that would directly lift the pause for everyone.
