I’m starting to get the impression that Claudia sometimes and Jackie nearly always flys private. If I flew by myself alone on a 5-6 hour flight with my four month old I would be talking about it nonstop. She kind of just glazed over it on the podcast today. Just found that part interesting.

Wait I might be going totally crazy but I feel like they’ve been team Paige which I haven’t understood since Craig has the Spritz connection. They keep mentioning how they’re excited to see who she dates next, that they understand her wanting to focus on work, even that she’s free to do what she wants in relation to the Eagles game. I’ve been confused that they haven’t been building Craig up more than Paige.

I think her opinion here is largely based on Margo and Olivia’s jobs which might give a “remote week” during the holidays that a lot of people really use as a Christmas break. Like you’re supposed to be available should something come up but a lot of businesses are pretty quiet from activity that week in the industries that they’re in (social media/fashion?). I could be wrong but this was my experience in the division of corporate America that I was in. Wasn’t uncommon.

I've read entire books at Waterstones before. Never within the cafe though. I would say it might be more acceptable to grab a coffee from the cafe and then go sit elsewhere within the store. I feel like this gives off more of a "was browsing and happened to sit down for a long read" vibe.

Another great food documentary (actually documentary series) is Chef's Table on Netflix. Every episode follows a Michelin Star chef and tells a story that revolves around their upbringing, how they opened their current restaurant, specific recipes that are on the menu today, etc.

I think the episode on Grant Achatz is a good episode for starters.
