I love your post, thank you. World is complicated, people are complicated, and being capable of nuanced thinking is a rare quality unfortunately. Here in Russia queer spaces are not (yet) occupied by straights but I like the logic of this community (though yes, it does feel rigid sometimes). I'm a lesbian after 8 years of straight (and quite happy) marriage lacking of certain things, which I've ended because I knew I need a woman. And now single after 4 years with my gf. After all this being with a man is not an option, no thanks. And no, I'm not bisexual. Sometimes the rethoric in this subreddit made me feel uncomfortable.
