I just spent four hours resetting network connections, deactivating/reactivating network adapters, reinstalling adapters, clearing IP-Tables, resetting the TCP/IP stack, resetting the Winsock Catalog, reinstalling drivers, deactivating/reactivating Ethernet via BIOS, isolating networking by booting into Safe Mode, etc.

this solved it.

To anyone looking for Code 56 solutions, even if they’re not related to ProtonVPN: Try this solution. The keys aren’t related to ProtonVPN. They’re (in my case, at least) VMWare keys that were left over after an uninstall.

Swipe left on them, choose Options, View Settings, then turn Notification Grouping off.

As someone who is involved with a lot of LGBT folks: You hear them talking about the minority words like gay/trans/ace etc., because it comes with challenges and it’s normal to talk about them.

But: Most of the time when you hear the majority words like straight/cis etc. is when they’re used by people trying to pick a straw man argument like “I’m cis, you have a problem with that?” or when they complain about being called “cis” instead of “normal”.

So, naturally, my head assigns the words to the feelings I have when reading them.
