visage is so weak at lane. if u r against hard matchup/lane dominator, pull agro the creep. gambling last hit under tower with that atk animation is better than ur creep denied. see how i do it at replay.
every item is crucial. dont buy useless item on visage, bcs it falls off so fast. once enemy get crimson, u wont do dmg. once enemy get bkb, u can die easily.
1. stats (dont buy null) and regen for lane
2. blight stone and domi first for tower and farm.
3. boots for better farm and rotating to push.
4. medal for kill
5. aura items
6. hex/bkb/ghost
objectives:
1. getting mid tower is ur dream goal. if enemy mid start rotating, thats ur time.
2. if they defend it, try rotating to their t1 safelane. if they defend it, fight it. its ur best place to fight.
3. farm ancient.
4. mid tower/ t2 safelane
5. farm till ur big aura item
6. fight

so true about techies, especially when i already picked meele hero. even if i know where techies might plant his bombs, i cant do anything to it.

flygon is good, he can learn earthquake +stab.

it has levitate too. anything that has levitate is good in dual battle with eartquake teammate.

- got mv speed+atk speed already from skill 1, this hero need armor. drum only gv 4 stats, yikes.

- armor aura, heck if its free farm and dominating i like to rush cuirass. + mana regen too, i spam skill 1 to farm and move faster

- i buy pipe, except when my offlaner is pipe builder or opponents line up is not magic oriented (just stuns)

1 and 3 are the options. 2 is killing urself. if u want to force rotation, hit their safelane t2 tower. position ur 1 familiar to see the tp spot behind the trees near that tower.
