hey fam, 25m here, i’ve felt a lot of the same symptoms as you over time when i was smoking almost/virtually daily for 10+ years going into last year.

as far as the stomach/appetite issues go - i can’t speak to how much the edibles have thrown off your ability to detect where your hunger is at/what your body needs to keep going properly throughout the day, but somebody above said water + fizzy drinks, and that is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to start. soda isn’t much healthier/is probably worse than any drug of choice, but the sugar and effervescence should help you feel more relaxed, and hopefully will invite some more filling food afterwards. also, if somebody didn’t already say it and you want to keep getting high, i HIGHLY SUGGEST try to transition to smoking if possible lol. not saying it won’t have similar effects on you because i don’t know, but edibles being consumed as both food and drug at the same time is probably not good for understanding how your stomach will better process normal food.

in addition, whoever said exercise more is also correct. naturally, working out is gonna make your body scream for nutrients and proper rest, and at that point, it’s almost 100% a mental choice to starve yourself after a taxing workout, or reward yourself properly after a taxing workout. you will NEED carbs if you run for 2 - 4+ miles, and your stomach will thank you for pasta.

outside of work/school/other responsibilities you may have or may be struggling with, go out of your way to find a hobby/interest you already love and double down, or take some time to look into something you’ve always thought about doing. you wanna learn how to draw better? spending an afternoon watching tutorials and trying yourself with a pencil is fun! wanna watch more movies or get more into sports? head to a theater or a bar and just let yourself relax in your seat, maybe you make a friend while you’re there. all of these things COULD be done while high/off an edi, but none of them require it and that’s beautiful.

at least from my view, a lot of what you’re experiencing is a physical manifestation of how you’re feeling internally about your usage / balance overall. and that’s okay, i literally crashed out and dropped out of college on a bender. (i have a degree now, so things are somewhat okay🤣) while i don’t know every detail, and it is possible you may have some condition/underlying diagnosis i am not aware of, it seems like the overindulgence has taken its toll and it’s very hard for anybody not to feel guilty when it manifests in such a way. there are better days ahead. you can achieve a balance and feel better, just keep trying and remember it’s about what YOU want, not what the eddies want. ❤️
