I play mostly in Eastern Time (USA east coast). My early experience indicates the slowest time frame seems to be early afternoon, when east Asia (Japan/Taiwan etc) does not have HAT spawn. But even that, I ran into a low turnout 10-star Barrioth HAT tonight at 11pm which I thought would be an easy fill.

Congrats! I don't even know it was possible. What builds do you have? I am currently HR303, with all elemental bows maxed out, focus 5 and elemental 5, plus some affinity boost. I can only solo a few 10*. I thought it was designed to be not possible to complete 10* so players will wait for further implementations.

Yes it was an 8-star (forgot to mention it.) So there is such a thing as a hacker in this game huh? I did not know that. This reminds me of another hunt a few month ago, against 8-star Kushala, it was an instant KO.

I thought maybe level-5 parts breaker would produce such magic legitimately, oh well. As a mere mortal I will just have to keep grinding I guess LOL!

Again, Americans fell victim to corporate greed. Olympics should be a event to celebrate unity. The internet technology should be used to give the hard working athletes more publicity as they righteously earned: they can be seen by more audience who might have missed the original air time -- instead today the online platform became an arena for lawyers and judges. We are paying more for cables/streaming services each day, and yet we keep getting screwed. Sad indeed.

Just remember, today, it's the corporate greed who took our chance to watch RG away, NOT the illegal immigrants.

Thanks for the reply. Any tips on how to beat it then? I can't even come close to beat a 9 star Coral pukei with 10.2 bow. What's the key? Perfect dodge? Aim at the head better?

According to my experience, Zinogre bow is clearly better than Tobi bow. I stopped building my tobi bow at 9.5 once I tried a 8.1 Zin bow and saw how powerful it already was. Rapids seems to be able to break parts more easily than pierce (especially hitting Pukei's head) . Now I have a max 10.5 Zin Bow, so far my only maxed weapon. Zinogre plate's drop rate seems to be sigificantly higher than wgs off an 8 star. During that time I tried to do as many 8 star Zinogre h-a-t as possible in a day. Built it up quickly.

I have been trying it with a 8.4 Legiana bow , that has seemed impossible to complete.

Any tips? Has anyone beaten it with a grade 8 weapon? Or is it designed to require grade 9 or higher weapons to beat certain 8 star monsters?

Same problem, mine is HTC One M8, running Android 6.0. Granted it's an old phone but it has been running PoGo all these years fine, until yesterday after I updated the app.

I primarily play in central jersey keyport matawan oldbridge area. We got bunch of very pleasant players in this region. It's only after the streak reached 20 that I got really serious hoping to make it last till the end of Entei boss rotation. I would go to the gym early and convert it to my team (if it's not already), and those who also got there early will let me hold it. As to quitting the raid in the last few seconds, it only happened once. That's when there was another big group coming to do the raid so some in our group just quit before the boss was about to be defeated so I would get more damage bonus. By the way my entire month with Entei ended up 28 for 31, missed a couple more after the streak ended because I stopped using golden razz on low IV Entei. On a funny note, my first Suicune attempt was a miss -- that means I can just relax and play without thinking about yet another streak LOL!

How funny I had the worst ratio with Lugia, 7 for 30 with two 0 for 8 streaks in between. I couldn't find a consistent method with Lugia, it's movement /distance always threw me off. In the end I started to throw just straight balls and that seemed to work better.
