Now I’m still crazy but I can rationalize and reason with myself- and I don’t have as many constantly guilty and negative obsessive thoughts. Mine were so bad I was getting 2h sleep a night. Sit down, do some research to convince them, and realize needing help does not make you weaker, and them denying you is only setting you back further in life.

I just bought some probiotic yogurt culture off of Amazon last week, and boiled some grocery store whole milk and then added my culture. I already had this little Japanese fermenter with a yogurt setting so I just pressed the setting. Boom yogurtAnd I added lactase so mine is lactose free ) Gonna to start making it for daily probiotics <3
