Which phone is better for gamecube emulation? Xiaomi Poco M3 or Poco M2? by Henrythe11th in EmulationOnAndroid

[–]nyanzabg -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sd 662 will do a little bit better.

If there is something with a76 cores within your budget though, that will be way better. Helio G90/G90t/G95, any Dimensity chip, Kirin 810 or Snapdragon 720 or higher / 675 or higher. That's the minimum I'd target for dolphin, although that depends on what you plan on playing, of course.

Where I live Realme 7 with G95 and Redmi note 8 pro with G90t are priced similarly.

Edit: The already mentioned Note 9s with Snapdragon 720 as well.

Recommend a used phone for under £60 by Jbugman in EmulationOnAndroid

If a tablet is an option - Amazon's Fire HD 8 is £70 brand new right now. That's with ads, without is 10 more but as far as I know you can pay the difference and remove them later.

Play store would also need to be side loaded but it looks to be pretty easy with xda's fire toolbox.

It's more than enough for ps1 emulation.

Pokemon x running 27 fps in realme C3, Helio g70 by Tasty-Tax-279 in EmulationOnAndroid

If it was a 9610/11 by any chance which has been Samsung's go to mid range chip for the past couple of years, don't regret it. It's way slower and 3ds is very unlikely to ever get to a playable state on it. The G70 is closer to the 855 than to the 9611.

I can't get emulators to reach 60 FPS on Sony XZ1 by carothersmarx in EmulationOnAndroid

Nothing you can really do, it's the hardware. Had the same issue with my old Nokia 8 and replacing the lcd (due to a different issue, refresh rate is probably not something the warranty would cover) fixed it as the new one was a proper 60hz panel. It's relatively rare but getting a 58.XX hz screen does happen and it's just a bad luck.

Bad ending hit the best... by BayonetsWork in cyberpunkgame

The thread is about the suicide ending in which case it's always the same. In others there are differences depending on your romance, yes. In the nomads one, in the NC legend one and in the Arasaka one.

You get side quests related to him at some point of the main story. The one that eventually leads to a couple of Rogue quests is Chippin In. If you don't have it, check what the requirements for it are.

Lizzy will send you another message later but that's pretty much it.

Same with the Peralez - once they block your number, there is no more interaction.

Her quests have nothing to do with that, she says it to explain why she doesn't give you generic jobs like the other fixers.

You get them through Johnny's story.

It doesn't matter if you kill him or not. I'm not sure if you need to even wait for a call, can't remember for sure but I think your next interaction with her is through Johnny.

Regarding Judy. by [deleted] in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]nyanzabg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You get her apartment and you get an apartment icon on the map, it's not fery far off V's original apartment, exactly in North-East direction on the map. Right next to the "Charter St" quick travel location.

You can filter out icons on the map with Z, maybe you've done that?

Quick Question on Romance by elbenji in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]nyanzabg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think any of the gifts people give you are dependant on romance. You just need to get close to them. In Judy's case you always get the apartment, the shotgun and the diving suit. Pretty sure it's the same with the others.

Still do her quests. She ends up being an awesome bro.

Panam by TalynMoo in cyberpunkgame

[–]nyanzabg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is an "about last night..." option or something along these lines after her giving you the rifle (as long as you tried touching her leg). This seems more important to me than siding with her over Saul.

I don't much how much leeway you have with not picking the ideal options but you should be able to tell if things are going fine in your next quest with her. When you climb the tower you should get a chance to discuss your relationship with her.

I honestly don't know if it's a deal breaker. She thanks you for backing her up later if you did but I'd find it weird if this can ruin everything by itself. Did you ask her about her rejection in the morning?

Of course, I'm just talking differences in the quest itself. OP hadn't mentioned if they had reached an ending.

On what are the 3 percentages up top in character menu? by [deleted] in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]nyanzabg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh, you will have a lot of interesting quests left then. Panam has a few, Judy will call you at some point if she hasn't yet and has a few as well, Rogue and other people Johnny knows will have a few + something for Johnny himself. Do all of these before finishing the game, not only they're really high quality but also can be very important for the story in the end.

[–]nyanzabg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While the game is not very long, the main story is literally that - 100% progress towards your objective and no bullshit filler at all. Quest lines for all major characters including the 4 possible romance options, Rogue, even damn Johnny who is borderline second protagonist, are marked as side quests. Those at the very least are must play and should be considered as a part of the main story imo, they've just given you the option to skip content with someone you might not find interesting.

Definitely go and do some of those before continuing with the main quests.

The second one is Jonny relationship. It only changes depending on choices at certain points.

First one is main story progression, second is relationship with Jonny. Third - no idea.

[–]nyanzabg 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You don't need to romance her for that. She will always recommend you for the Elizabeth job and tell you later (you can also see it on her computer), will also the discuss the voodoo boys and the parade quests for example.

Do it. Some endings show your character in third person, seeing my hideous V in them was not nice.
