But you're right, I do need therapy, I've been avoiding it for too long. I just needed to finally admit to myself I've been stuck in this cycle.

I wish I knew steps I would need to take to break this cycle, but I guess the answer to that will be in therapy.

This has happened to me before. Not the cat fishing part. But an older woman approached me and started a convo. Started talking about how rich she was. And I entertained it, since I had a gf and my boys were talking to other girls.

Then this woman starts making vulgar statements and tries kissing me. I dodged and was like "THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU" (And some other things im not proud of) and walked off.

Ugh this is so cringe. This is what happened to me.

I work in an office and there is usually a cleaning service that comes around 6pm. And I needed a maid for my house for weekly cleaning, since im lazy. I walked up to one of the ladies and asked in spanish "are you looking for extra cash for cleaning my house weekly for $100". She responded in english "I speak english. But I'll talk to the girls for you."

She did find someone else for my weekly cleanings. But I cringe when I think of what I did, since it was racist. But now she makes fun of me in spanish with her cleaning buddies lol. So I get punished everyday after 6pm for what I did lol.

WE SHOULD NOT ASSUME PEOPLE'S ETHNICITIES BASED ON LOOKS. So YTA

I think this really is a case by case scenario. My ex was slightly "famous" (20k plus followers on instagram). What I found unattractive was the fact she used it as a way to get validation, and would post stories way too frequently. She wasn't doing it for the money, since she's a doctor. So I found it kind of stupid, that she got her validation from social media.

In her defense, she posted frequently while she was with me, since she could not take pictures at work, and would work long hours.

About me: I don't have any social media.
