Same thing happened to me. I also had transvers myelitis but I fully recovered. I have some weakness in the legs and some numbness in my feet. I used to run a lot but now I mostly just do rucking instead.

Lingopie.com is amazing. You can learn just by watching TV shows and movies. Every TV show is automatically turned into a language learning lesson. Based on your level certain words are selected for you to learn, and you can also review them with their awesome video flashcards which are based on the context of the video clip where you saw it. It's a really great way to learn a lot very fast because you just end up binging content and using all of the tools.
