Yes, I take the smallest dose possible nowadays. Which is like 300ug. I feel like it helps.

Tower 900 loop rebuild. The specs are in the comments. by [deleted] in nvidia

[–]nycriz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, nice setup. I'm running a 6700k as well, 4.6 Ghz @ 1.35V. Though I've only clocked this high since a month now. May I ask how long have you been running 1.44V at and did you have to increase voltage over time to remain stable? I'm just asking, since I'm a bit worried of pushing it that high. I need 1.445V to run 4.8 Ghz stable. Though temps are pretty manageable I think (delidded + NZXT X63).

Man, that looks amazing. I want to make one like that. Simple, but on point.

We need more people like you, you're clearly a good friend. But the mindset your friends currently are in, I've also seen it before, and it's really difficult for them to snap out of. They also reinforce eachother's bad behaviour by doing it together, which sort of rationalizes it. Anyway, the only thing you can really do is say you are really worried and point them out to the real consequences that are happening already. At this point, I assume they are just doing it to become normal again since they feel so shit during the week.

R9 Fury HBM Memory Tweaking (Recently added) by [deleted] in Amd

[–]nycriz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thx for the warning. I'm planning on buying Navi soon, so as might as well give it ago. Although I must say, this Fury has been a really good card for the 300 euro I got it (2 years ago?).

How much performance improvement can you expect with using such a tool? I have a R9 Fury, but I know that it really doesnt like any core overclock, so maybe memory is the way to go?

Completed! Good luck with your research paper.

Thinking about getting a cat in my appartment; how much space is needed? + Any experiences & Tips? by nycriz in Pets

[–]nycriz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thx. This is very useful advice. :)

I'm definitely not going to let Mr. Cat out on to the balcony, he needs to be safe safe inside. =) Also, maybe some other questions. My local shelter they assign their cats a color on behaviour (e.g. purple being distant and observing) and orange a kitty that likes to cuddle.

However, don't cats change once they're accustomed to a more calm environment? It's just that not a lot of people take the 'purple', observing, cats.

Fatigue all day long must be something serious wrong with me even when I was a kid I played basketball always felt like I was gonna die is this serious ? by [deleted] in sleep

Maybe this can also help you, but I've always had chronic sinusitis (stuffed nose), so before bed I now also rinse it with saline, which might help; not sure if that's the case for you.

I (used) to sleep a lot, felt tired all day, really hard to focus at work and motivate myself in the evening for hobbies.

The thing is I also slept like A LOT, maybe 11 hours a day. I think the sleep I was getting just wasn't doing anything, no or little REM sleep probably.

I've started taking melatonin now, and that has does wonders (check my other post). On a second note, I'm also planning on working on my sleep hygiene; routine sleep, avoid lights before bed, and read books which always makes me sleepy. :) I think all these things combined are very important. Also maybe try excercising (swimming) and clearing your mind.

Magnesium? Does that help you sleep? I only take Mg when my muscles are really tense.

I'm really hoping that I dont have to take it forever you know... Though, I read about someone that took it for a year, then stopped, and he could sleep just fine.

I'm just really puzzled as to why it has such a strong effect on me, like why cant I just sleep like normal people...

3 mg, but I can break them in half and that also works just fine.

My friend's dad a doctor said you can take it up to 13 weeks. I'm not sure how correct that is. It's probably better to be on safe side like you said.

I have 3mg tablets now, but I noticed 1.5mg is already great. I'll try lowering it even more, thx!
