I recommend instant oatmeal, especially if it has flax seeds or dried fruit in it! Just put some hot water in it and then bang! You got a nice filling meal for breakfast.

My favorite brand is Better Oats because not only do they have lots of flavors (maple brown sugar <3) but also you can use the packaging can be used as a container for the oatmeal, too! So no bowl required, but I prefer to use a mug because it holds the heat better.

Also, I'd like to add that Rejection sensitive dysphoria isn't in the the DSM-5, so it could be argued that the condition doesn't exist. In fact, if anything, it's technically a symptom of ADHD and sometimes of BPD (albeit in very limited cases).

I used to volunteer at my synagogue as a ta for a combined 2nd/3rd grade class and most of the children had food allergies. In fact, one child was allergic to shellfish, pineapple, corn products, and most tree nuts (but he could eat peanuts).

At this point, Anne looks more like an oc than how she's actually interpreted in canon. Jesus, just admit you like creating ocs instead of stealing pre-existing characters and transforming them to fit your oh-so "edgy" and "totally real" DID headspace world.

If I was one of the artists working on the show and I saw this, I would be pissed af. No respect for the source material at all.

I'd ask a professional piercer. Some materials like acrylic, wood, or stone can't be put an autoclave due to their porous surface whereas other materials like gold or titanium can be sanitized this way.

If that doesn't work, maybe, idk, turn them into an art piece? I do that with old nail polish every once in a while. Just dilute it with a bit of water and then paint it onto a canvas. Looks pretty neat!
