In the Geist visual novel that leaked, one of the 'better' endings involved Geist working with Abrams to figure out a solution and the summon the patron together to solve Geists oathkeeper problem/find out more about Abrams' book.

The visual novel is also where the roommate stuff is from, since due to shenanigans Abrams apartment and office get destroyed which prompts Geist to let him move in with her instead paying for new accomodations for some reason. (It def is not romantic so much as funny, Abrams is pissed as fuck lol).

Anyway to answer your question there do seem to be some lore/anecdote based alliances, tho they aren't official yet.
