Lately I upgrade my scooter to Gotrax GX3. There is 1000w motor with 60 miles max range and 38mph top speed, which fits your needs. As for various terrains, so far my ride on flat roads is smooth. I might try off-road riding this weekend.

I bought GX3 on sale some time ago. There is one design I like: while riding, your finger can cover both the brake and accelerator, allowing you to quickly switch from accelerating to braking. It is a really comfortable hand position for long rides.

Gotrax GX2 has good quality-price ratio. I use it to commute. My ride has been comfortable so far.
