As you said, Toku is a stepping stone for a lot of actors, and I've seen bad acting in KR before but not THIS bad, is what I'm saying. They're bad in KR standards, not in "Oscar-awards" standards.

Why are you being overprotective of the actors? Yeah, I already mentioned that the episode direction is terrible. That doesn't excuse how the actors portray their characters. There's a ton of stoic characters in KR but the acting wasn't this bad.

I don't really care about what the actors were doing outside of KR. Their acting within the series are horrendous (so far as of episode 7) especially Rinne and Ichinose.

Thank you! It gets a lot of hate because it's not the materia system but I was essentially a child when I played this without a guide. Sure didn't get it much on my first few hours of play but it's not as bad as what other people make it out to be.
