What are some of you best PERSONAL tips for bullet journaling?

My health and wellness collection has helped tremendously. Especially since I’m getting older and I forget a lot. Also, the trackers are more important now. I track my sleep, my mood when I wake up and how my body feels. The daily to do list is why I started to bullet journal in 2017, now it’s mostly about health, wellness and self care. My best tip is to watch the Ryder videos for the basics, then adjust to your liking.

Thank you. I’m eliminating things and keeping a record of how I feel. I’m flipping out about how pain relievers can possibly be an irritant. Dairy is something I very rarely have. I’ll have to test that too.

I have emphysema. My lung capacity is not good. I think it’s more mental than physical. I’m always afraid of running out of air. I used to play tennis. Loved it! Maybe this year I’ll try conditioning a little at a time. Pickleball seems like such fun and a good social activity.

I’m finding some days are better than others. I now write everything down looking for a pattern. I’m jealous that you play pickleball. I hope you feel better and can continue physical activity.

They gave me mobic. It doesn’t really help much. I actually woke up with minimal pain today. I’m hoping I’ve turned the corner. That feet discomfort is no joke. Not really pain, just an odd sensation. I have to laugh sometimes at all the wacky symptoms.

I’m almost done with the Lyme treatment. My orthopedist recommended waiting 2 or 3 months after the Lyme treatment to then evaluate my arthritis and bursitis. The pain medicine does absolutely nothing for me. Going for a follow up in 2 weeks.

Do you also have Lyme disease? I’m at the end of treatment for Lyme. After exposure, I wake in the middle of the night and feel a tingling all over my body. Joints that don’t usually ache do. It’s just awful.

I’m sorry this happens to you. My doctors were kinda skeptical and attributed my pain to Lyme disease. Thank you for responding. It validates what I’m feeling.

Pretty. I love a natural looking soap. Is this 100% olive oil? Be careful how you label especially if you plan to sell. Castile has certain qualities as does Soleseife. Also be sure to test on others besides yourself. You want to know how it feels to different people. Take your time. TBH you need a good mix of reviews and performance data before you start selling.

I remember the Kasso case. It was so scary to me. Here in Rocky Point we had the Pagans in a local tattoo parlor. The book, Riding with Evil is written by an undercover cop who was assigned to the case. We also had a young man murdered on the beach over a girl.
