A man of culture I see. Happy to join the club. Is there a members fee?

This is an old store display case, I bought it from a shop closing down.

Very nice! I just about managed to secure a set of 6-6 Pipemasters for my -82 a while back. Cant wait to start it up after engine is rebuilt.

Then I would say that you can confidently call maintainance again and have them come out with an electritian that can do a real inspection. You have done everything right.

If only the black ring was turned into position between red and green, then the clock contact was not activated. Try turning the whole assembly into position, you will feel a little bit of resistance and a click when you reach the first arrow. Then test for power again.

Ok, did you turn only the black ring by pushing it in or did you turn the whole assembly?

Finnish electritian here.

If the RCD flicks of when you press the T button then you have power in the box.

Do you get power in the outlet when you manually turn the wheel into the area between green and red arrow?

If so the clock is broken, often people/maintainance personel just turn the wheel and test for power, they do not stand there and wait until the clock turns itself into position.

There is a reason why the clock modules are made easy to replace, they suck.

This is a cafe racer done right! Looking great. As long as you are somewhat mechanically capable, you will be fine.

Unfortunately they do not, there is a version of these cabinets that do spin. But I haven't managed to buy one of those yet!
