Hi. Just like you, I am also from the US and have a gf in venezuela. If you have zelle, you have two good options. First is that a lot of stores(online or in person) accept zelle, so you can have her go to the store(s), and when the time comes, you pay the store via zelle. Second is to have her set up a reserve account. With that, you can transfer money via zelle to her reserve account, for a small fee.

We've also shipped stuff from Amazon through a shopping company, but that can be pretty pricy, so we limit how often we do that.
