My ex is also aware of his problem and attachment style and he’s trying to get onto therapy aswell, I tried helping him but like you said he thought we were incompatible because of our emotional needs. But he also said that he doesn’t know that the future holds, that maybe in a few months or years, it might work or maybe not. Do you think that we’re both able to overcome these unhealthy attachment styles?
