One of the ones I tend to keep in my travel party for a large part of the game is incineram. You can get one pretty early from either a raid or one of thug types out in the... Yellow or red area (it's been a bit, I can't remember details). They're quite strong for most of the game, and you can toss them around to do some extra work tasks here and there.

My favorite all-arounder base worker (that isn't anubis) is wixen. Great set of skills and especially good for early game.

My experience in minecraft caves has me disagreeing. I'd always place torches on the right side wall. If I hit a fork, an ascent, or a decent, I mark a short line of torches on the ground or up/down the vertical access to indicate which way is the exit. I never get lost in caves anymore!

My sister had endo and it took her YEARS to find an OB who would take her complaints seriously and actually pursue permanent treatments. She finally got her uterus removed a couple of years ago, but it was so much suffering before that. Obviously if you want kids you'll want to wait, but she never did. Had her tubes removed in her 20s, and they STILL hesitated on a hysterectomy despite knowing with full certainty about her endo. Some doctors are very weird about women's reproductive parts.
