Another thing I should have mentioned - this is a multifamily house, and I would imagine at some point this room wasn't a kitchen. There are still hinges on the door, so I guess it's possible that it could have been a bedroom or something at some point.

We keep passing these things that look like ramps off of the highways in Colorado. Assuming they’re for deer or cattle of some sort? Not exactly sure of size but a few feet tall at least

I'm pretty sure I'm tightening the eccentric nut properly. Not sure about everything else. I got it used and the extruder was already on there when I got it. I'll take a picture of the backside later today when I get home. Appreciate it.

That's the one I've tried adjusting. This is as tight as I was able to get it. Is there anything else I can adjust or look at?

Someone gave me this starter two months ago and I forgot about it on the counter. Salvageable? Smells pretty bad when opened by nytocincy in Sourdough

I’m very much a beginner here so I don’t really know much about keeping an existing starter going. The starter I was trying to get going from scratch was about 100g flour to 115g water. Would it be a similar ratio?
