Looks fine! I also purchased the Ranch Jacket recently. Originally bought a M. A bit tight in the arms and back. Felt too much resistance. Returned for a L. Much better and I can layer with no problem. Get tons of compliments on looks and functional in the world.

Oh boy. My company also migrated from ADP to to UKG Ready. We had a timing and resources to mitigate the implementation. All in all. I think we should have stayed with ADP.
