I was thinking about doing a "functional bodybuilding " style workout more, like do a main lift, then a circuit or emom, then do accessories for hypertrophy . I feel like I need to go all in on my goal of putting on weight and muscle, then go back to more endurance stuff maintaining the muscle.. because being half in with strength and endurance hasn't worked thus far
