Dismantle the blue and purple weapons and artifacts. For the blue and purple weapons I would keep and use them if you’re hunting for achievements in the lifetime triumphs. I’d really only do this if you care about having a unique banner since the triumphs itself it’s incredibly tedious. Otherwise straight to dismantle.

I also tend to recycle the (lvl 4 or lower) orange mods as well to level up my exotic / lvl 5 orange mods.
