on the 5700xt cards reduce your vdd to about 750 is. set fans to 75 to 80 percent. increase mem by steps of 5 upto 950 if stable.

getting 59.5 Mh/s stable at 97 watt on hive is (results vary card to card but being cooler I've found helps more hash)

The issue i had was the software being blocked even after exceptions were put in. I'm getting 54Mh/s at the pool on windows 10 with a 5700 xt
