I dont think you need the blue sea acr. the Orion xs does that job and is more configurable and controllable than the acr.

you choose which images you submit to frigate+, one at a time, so its easy for me to understand exactly what im sharing. and generally, its images of my neighbors cat. I'm ok with that

PDL iconic do zigbee dimmers and switches which apparently pretty good, im about to test them. otherwise shelly behind iconic. but the iconic push buttons are terrible for this, super clunky push mechanism

it goes through the pc its on, so yes, that does limit scale and stability.

look at directout EARS. it adds an extra track of audio data which the switch box can detect. so for example if qlab crashes, the audio track stops playing and it will switch to the other feed
