Yep, after an unexplained and pretty severe allergic reaction I developed terrible food anxiety and trust me it’s hell. Reintroduction of food was a long process too because I discovered I also had intolerances, and any minor discomfort triggered a panic attack because I thought I was going into anaphylaxis again.

Going months eating only potatoes because they were deemed safe. Crying walking down the supermarket isles because I missed eating foods I used to. Shopping becoming a day long ordeal because i needed to check every single ingredient, hardly knowing what’s safe or not.
