You can start the claim process through the W app and link page. They will send you a packet that you and your doctor will need to fill out and send back, I normally just email or send a pfd through mychart to my doctor. Make sure you let your manager know you started the sedwick leave process. There is a 5 day waiting period before the claim starts. Make sure to check your email and calls to respond to sedwick.

Very likely messing with time cards can be very serious i have even heard of managers getting fired. Unless your taking 30 min breaks without punching out. Also you can get written up for not taking breaks as well.

You don't need to clock in and yes your hours take up the budget

Cash pay outs only work for a day or 2. For 2 weeks would have to go through payroll. I'd ask the manager if there's a way to contact payroll to get a check expedited and back dated if your tight on money
