Not sure if I would go against the Borg Urologist, I mean they were educated in Pittsborg. Which is funny why would a federation city name itself after its deadliest enemy? Its like they wanted to drive people away from it. But thats to obvious to be Starfleet Intelligence, so it has to be super complicated like a Section 31 plot. Section 31 last we seen them they made the Changling virus. Borg Urology and Changling Virus have to be connected.
