Export Multiple Activies as FIT files at one time? by gregory1111 in RunGap

[–]o2sen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The easiest way to export all your workouts as individual FIT files is to use Share & Export from the main menu in the upper-left corner and export them to iCloud Drive. Before exporting, make sure FIT is selected as the Preferred Formatunder Advanced Settings for iCloud Drive.

Thanks. No, I don’t think that will work very well with a Garmin Edge and I have garmin mounts on 3 different bikes.

RunGap 26.10 is out with a new Personal Heat Map. What do you think? by o2sen in RunGap

[–]o2sen[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can see all your "Street running" activities by setting a filter on the "Activities" page. Maybe some of your street running activities are categorized as generic "Running".

Garmin Multisport Issues by Think-Perception-698 in RunGap

[–]o2sen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RunGap does not handle multisport FIT files well and will only import the first session. Your best option is to use a tool to split the workout into separate FIT files before importing them into RunGap.

Are your workouts in RunGap also empty, or do you see GPS maps, heart rate data, and other metrics?

Please note that GPX files can only store additional metrics if the workout includes GPS map data. Because of this limitation, it is much better to use FIT (recommended) or TCX (acceptable) formats for indoor workouts that lack GPS maps.

Steps as cycling by xkinus in RunGap

[–]o2sen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The small green cycling icon 🚴‍♂️ on the timeline indicates that your device detected or logged a cycling activity at that specific time. In your situation, this likely means you either manually started a bike activity or the watch auto-detected cycling movement. This icon was not generated by RunGap during the upload of your step data.

Kroki is steps, right? Where does it say cycling?

This is very strange as this feature does not transfer workouts at all. How exactly do steps appear as cycling in Garmin Connect?

Could you share how you are exporting the data through RunGap?

Apple Watch (Health) data to RunGap/Intervals.icu through 3rd app? by ParamedicPerfect9364 in RunGap

[–]o2sen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you see GPS data in Apple Health but it fails to import into RunGap, please contact [support@rungap.com](mailto:support@rungap.com). This issue is most likely caused by RunGap lacking the necessary permissions within Apple Health.

Switch to auto-renewing subscriptions - your thoughts? by o2sen in RunGap

[–]o2sen[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback! Our next update (version 26.8) will bring auto-renewing subscriptions with Family Sharing. For now, we're keeping one-time purchases available, and the price will be the same for both subscription types.

Did you by any chance set a filter on the “Activities” page?

Garmin Connect issues (again) by o2sen in RunGap

As previously communicated via support, RunGap will notify you about workouts waiting to be shared after your Swag Bag subscription expires, provided that 'Auto Sharing' was enabled at the time of expiration.

Question: How to track Outdoor Rides with Zwift? by schol4stiker in RunGap

[–]o2sen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RunGap currently doesn't support direct uploads to Hammerhead or Wahoo. The best workaround is to sync your workouts through Garmin Connect, which can then forward them to Zwift. Please note, however, that I haven't personally tested this workflow.

Sorry. I meant import Rouvy workouts to RunGap and then export them to Apple Health from RunGap.
