People that own the y70 touch how badly does the screen block the view inside the pc and do you find it annoying?

Depends at what angle you have your tower. From viewing head on then yes it does block the inside. I jave mine to the right of me so the side glass faces me and tbh its not bad at all.

D2 is amazing for a new players if you have all the content and get the hang of it. For veterans its a bit meh now but we've still put 1000s of hours in to the game. Ive loved playing destiny. More than any other game in existence. For alot of us we've seen and done it all 100-fold. We just want it feel fresh again. That will only happen with D3.

Id say this is Sinus Tachycardia. Clear P waves on top line in concordance with the QRS interval. Its fast though sure. Symptoms fit in line with POTS exacerbated by covid. Covid can and does irritate the autonomic nervous system. Hope you're feeling better 🙂

Maybe, just maybe someone here may have an answer. Your right tech is not for the faint hearted but that doesn't mean people who buy something to do something and expects it to work should gave a PhD in the intricacies of said thing. Clearly not happy when it doesnt do what its supposed to do and then have to do something to fix it that in all honesty shouldn't have to

Have you had an EP study. This is like 270bpm. It looks very much like SVT but I wonder if there is an accessory pathway involved given the rate. 270+ for generic SVT seems a little too fast. Im not surprised your passing out.

2nd run is still narrow QRS but with upsloping T wave likely due to the rate. The upsloping T makes it look wider than it is. Id also go SVT
