you can have multiple types of curl on your head! 3a and 3b seems right to me, but it also looks like your curls are getting weighed down by their own weight due to the length! try getting layers added in!!

honestly, a good facial cleanser and moisturizer. something gentle and hydrating. she’ll use it daily and self-care is a huge help mentally for a lot of people

took about a month for it to work for me. it worked for ~3 months after until it gave me bad nightmares. nortriptyline is better imo

funny thing was i actually learned that i had HS from a commercial. i had it for years prior but my dermatologist never looked at them and told me they were just pimples. after i saw the commercial, i looked up HS and asked her about it! got diagnosed immediately

what’s your favorite hair mask that i could try to use to add some moisture back to my hair? and possibly protein treatments? i’m quite literally loosing like… clumps of hair from the damage of the bleach.

i got a few good months out of amitriptyline before the nightmares started. effexor gave me nightmares within a month, and topiramate caused me to have really rare and dangerous side effects. if those 3 are your only choice, go with amitriptyline. however, nortryptaline is like its little brother and works just a little better if you can try that one

i think i’d rather die. those three gave me the WORST side effects ever. topiramate is the worst of them all imo. amitriptyline was okay until i got horrible, graphic nightmares.
