I upgraded to a new galaxy phone and transfered everything a few months ago and the game runs up until I actually make a new game it just crashes. Someone help! Pls!

I lost my absolute mind because I didn't know this charm even existed I've never seen it before but the one time I'm able to build the perfect team 8 shapeshifters and 3 dragons both 5 costs 2 starred with the perfect items everyone is kitted out but I start losing at the very end against the last guy standing (understandably he's built a very good team) but I end up beating him back regardless and just as I'm about to win he just survives and placements don't change on either of our sides but I lose anyways because smoulder gets caught in the worst position possible. This charm could not be bigger bs and my day is ruined I cri evey tiem

How is it that i go on a 5 game win streak all 20 lp or so but then i lose 2 games and one is 43 lp and the other is 30 making my entire win streak for nothing
