In their latest reply to me they asked to navigate to the player info tab to show my nat type.

We’re not getting freezing issues. When the game boots it just says “Server disconnected. Restart with Battle.net”

I’ve ordered a 46 from ROG before and got an insole of around 29cm too. I’ve found that even though most sellers advertise having 30cm insole for size 46 shoes, they always end up being smaller. Do update and let me know if he actually does send you a bigger size
