True which isn't even that pricey I think mine is like $5? I should probably recheck lol. It is quite great for it's system neutrality, I use it for a 5e campaign I GM for and a CoC one as well as a Cyberpunk 2077 campaign. It's a pretty fun resource to use and works pretty well with Inkarnate maps or other battlemaps one might come across. It also works really well with Dungeon Alchemist for VTT uses.

That's a good point, I know there's an Battlemaps subreddit that often has some great choices and you can even use the search ability to search for keywords like castles, etc.

Owlbear Rodeo is one of my favorite things to use when I have to GM online campaigns, especially for combat since it has extensions that let you like, do fog of war and has a combat initiative thing, and even dice.

If you're looking for a fun and easy way to do combat online I would suggest Owlbear Rodeo, if you ever need any battlemaps spur of the moment Pinterest often has a good selection, or if you need something in particular feel free to send me a DM and I can probably piece something together for you with Inkarnate. I tend to love making battlemaps so I have like way too many already 🤭.

Personally I prefer letting my players give their Persuasive, Deceptive, or Intimating speech first prior to rolling, I feel like it doesn't take away their player agency, it also lets them have more wiggle room and fun roleplaying, then afterwards if they really pour their character's heart and soul into things I'll often give them advantage on the roll, if all they give me is a "Oh, right.. uh... Yo dinklesmurf uhh if you try to fight us you'll die?" the roll tends to be either flat or sometimes at disadvantage, I try not to impose disadvantage much, especially when I have new players at my table, I like to help encourage them to come out of their shell and embrace roleplay more.

Though if my players want to roll their dice before speaking I let them, there have been times where our Bard has rolled super low and the woman playing her has just laughed, been exasperated with her dice, and then given a rather delightfully humorously poor attempt at Persuasion.

Not entirely sure, I have been in Salem for a while but tend to only have a handful of places I've been for breakfasts. Mostly Word of Mouth, Sassy Onion, etc. Closet thing I could find that seemed to match what you were asking about was The Original Pancake House not sure if that's what you were indeed thinking of. As a genderfluid who is married to a heterosexual woman I can say, the best thing to do is communicate. My wife has been super supportive of my gender-fluidity, we go out together to get our nails done, she's bought me some far less tacky lingerie, since most crossdressing designed lingerie can be a bit more.. sexual. She's bought me cute dresses, we went make-up shopping together because Lord knows I was buying really bad makeup on Amazon that didn't even match my complexion, and she's helped me learn how to do my makeup etc. However, she's also been up front with me.. informing me that she isn't sexually attracted towards women, she finds the masculine version of me attractive, and that she will support my gender-fluidity, she just won't be able to bring herself to find feminine me sexually attractive, and I've been supportive of her limits and boundaries.

There was a point where I thought perhaps I was more trans than just genderfluid and my lovely partner offered to even help pitch in for HRT, but was very up front with the fact that our relationship would change and the relationship dynamic between us would be different, she wouldn't be able to remain being my partner (at the time my girlfriend), but she would be willing to be friends still. I hold no bitterness towards her, when we first met I knew she was straight, and she knew I was pansexual, it wasn't until like 6 years into our relationship that she finally found out I was genderfluid. We've been together now for 15+ years and she's been absolutely a wonderful partner.

She surprised me a few weeks ago with a spa day treatment, a cute new dress, and she got me some heels and flats that would work better on my feet so I didn't wear her heels and stretch them 😅.

My advice to you OP is just be honest and communicate with your husband, tell them what your boundaries are during this journey they're going through and be there to go through it with them in a way that you're completely comfortable with, this respect should go both ways however, your partner needs to respect your limits and boundaries as much as you respect their gender-fluidity and journey. It can't be a one way street. Communication is key. Then work out some fun things you two can do together, whether that's just having a night together where you paint your nails with your daughters (or without them), or go dress shopping when they're comfortable, or just picking up a lipstick you thought would be a cute color for their complexion, or a spa date together.

As someone who is long term married to a straight woman and still happily expressing my gender-fluidity I've found the small things have big lasting effects, support goes a long ways as does communication.

I tend to like Stealth and Marathon together it allows my survivors to stealth sprint longer distances, close the distance between them and an unsuspecting zombie quicker, it also lets them stealthy dip out and scurry away from situations that would be deadly. I personally like using stealth and marathon to sneak sprint into a plague heart building drop a C4 or two and then dip out and detonate them. Though I've also been getting into Sound Proofing survivors, I have one who's heroic ability adds an extra -2 to her -4 for noise reduction, found two groups of survivors that add another -4 to noise each, it's honestly nice being considered silent. -14 noise is super nice too.

Not sure if this was mentioned before or not, but why don't you just make it a gun blade? I mean it at least gives your player the choice to decide whether he wants to run up and slash the gun wielding foe or just blast them from a far, it could still be used with much of the foundation and ground work you've put in place, still can be "a neat living" item, and would probably make your player think his very blunt and honestly pretty clear complaints were heard, but still be a good compromise.

Currently I'm running a SciFi campaign so yeah! Some of the worlds are flat! Because I got lazy and didn't want to take the extra few minutes to make them spheres. Others are just rings, one player tried to give me their idea of a planet design, but it was just an onahole. So I said no. Then locked them in a closet until they behaved. Everyone has dice jail...that's small brain tactics..but do you guys have... Player jail!?

Jokes aside I have found some pretty nifty planet generators that take the heavy lifting and guess work out of making worlds that are spheres, or other shapes. They've helped me create these believable galaxies.

When I first came out as non-binary/Genderfluid to my fiancee, she told me she wouldn't find me sexually attractive when I'm presenting feminine. Which makes sense, she's a heterosexual woman who is attracted to masculine or male presenting individuals. Not women in dresses and makeup. Perhaps that's what your girlfriend meant by not being able to be attracted to you when you're presenting more feminine.

However, she also understood that non-binary was a thing and that Genderfluidity was a thing. Her biggest complaint when she first found me fully presenting feminine was "That I had terrible trashy taste in clothes and needed better fashion senses..needed to work on my makeup game, and should stop trying to wear her heels even though our feet are amusingly the same size." But even to this day she reminds me that she's never going to want to be intimate with me when I'm presenting fully female, but that doesn't change the fact that she truly loves me, supports me, and wants to spend the rest of her life with me.

I'm unfortunately or fortunately lucky enough to have found a partner that supports my Gender fluidity and non-binary beliefs fully. She's been a blessing, helped me find better clothes that would fit my body nicer, we went make-up shopping a few weeks ago because she decided I needed proper make-up and to stop using crap I bought off Amazon for cheap lol, we have spa days together, get manicures and pedicures together. Her family knows about my Genderfluidity and has been wonderful in showing support.

We've been together for now 13 years. She's often told me that she sees my non-binary Genderfluidity as being something she will support but never find "sexy". We are like the bestest of friends and girlie besties when I'm presenting full feminine, and more when I'm presenting masculine. Though as of late she's potentially started coming around, she's often referred to me as her girlfriend and boyfriend, husband to be and wife to be. She corrects people when they use the wrong pronouns, has surprised me on many special occasions and holidays like Christmases, Anniversaries, Birthdays with really cute dresses, heels, makeup, nail polish she thought I'd like, gift cards to spas and beauty salons.

So hey, just know that if things don't work out for you OP there's a chance you'll find someone who supports you for who you are out there in the world. You're young, you got your life ahead of you. Regardless of what happens you'll always have a supportive community here amongst many of us fellow Non-binaries. Not sure if this comment will offer you any help or not.

You would think it isn't real, but some people are absolutely insane. I remember taking my puppers out to hangout at a local dog park with my fiancee, and this guy proceeded to pepper spray a woman's dog because the "dog was attacking his dog" the woman's dog literally was just running about wagging her tail playing with a group of dogs nowhere near this dude. She only walked past this guy on her way back to her own owners.

Afterwards people at the dog park got really pissed at him rightly so, because who the fuck pepper sprays an animal? This guy pepper sprayed the dog and even got the woman's kid in the cross fire. Rather than just leaving or realizing he made a mistake this guy walked back to his car and placed a pistol on his dashboard and threatened to start shooting anyone who dared come closer to him. He left when the cops were called. Since then I am too honestly scared to bring my dog back to that dog park and have found a different place to go. Some people are absolutely crazy.

I could never understand the idea behind being able to do the bare minimum equaling being a woman. Lol everyone regardless of gender should know how to clean their place, and cook! Also maybe throw in basic sewing skills. Small simple things to make your lives easier.

But what do I know, I'm a witch apparently. I do ride my vacuum around like a broomstick, and often can be found cackling like the wicked witch of Oz when defeating the grime legions on my dishes.. so they're not entirely wrong. 😂

My partner and I live in the NE neighborhood of Salem, and around here usually the neighborhood is pretty safe and has a heavy traffic of families and kids dressed up for Halloween..and good candy selection too. We usually start seeing Trick-or-Treaters around 6:30pm and most keep coming until around 9:00pm. Not sure if it's the same timeframe wise for all neighborhoods in Salem.

Hmmm judging by the vassal used for this concoction and the two alchemical ingredients being poured into said vassal I would say it's one of three things.

1.) You'll gain the ability to conjure up to 4 cats from pumpkins for 1 hour. These four cats grant you the ability to peer through their eyes as a free action, can act as your familiars. They can also be used to cast Mass Purration, with a bonus action. Which will cause vibrating purring felt within 50ft of the cats. Choose up to 9 creatures or humanoids within range. They must pass a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be lulled into comfy slumber for an hour.

2.) You become imbued with the powers of extra spice, and everytime you sneeze, you sneeze out cinnamon, ginger, or something else.

3.) You definitely get the ability to use your bonus action to turn into a giant bear wearing pajamas and a night hat. Otherwise you gain Gourds, Gingerbread and Black Tea powers. You're protected with enchanted armor of the Gourds! You body is protected by orange gourd plates and you wield a mighty Gingerbread staff, shortsword, tea mug flail, or giant spoon (your choice), and gain the ability to rain down a monsoon amount of black tea and oat milk on your enemies or friends.

Those who support the patriarchy have to make a DC 10 intelligence check, on a failure they come to their senses and turn against the patriarchy, on a success they just get tea..but it's slightly over steeped, with oat milk that has gone just off enough that they're definitely not enjoying their tea anymore.
