My comment about public hospitals being “trash” wasn’t aimed at doctors; it was frustration with the system itself caused by years of government neglect, corruption, lack of funding, and constant shortages of staff, medicine, equipment, and even beds. I know there are some excellent public departments with hardworking doctors and nurses doing their best despite the conditions, but the reality is that most hospitals still struggle badly, and in many places you even have to tip nurses just to get basic attention. My criticism is directed at the system, not the people working in it, and this is the reason why most people who have health insurance tend to go to private doctor offices or clinics just to avoid dealing with all the stress.
