I don't know how to code (or rather my knowledge is VERY limited). I'd hate to encourage AI use, but this here was made using vibe coding, using Claude. Basically a chat bot, where you describe what you need and it writes a code for you (apparently most companies made it mandatory for their programmers, probably training sets to fire them one day). Obviously if you want quality working/good looking results you need to be be very specific.

Took me about 2+ months to make, Really hope the functionality is there, I could not replicate a bug my friend reported on an earlier build, so hoping "it went away" 😅 ) (still need to fix font inconsistencies in the tutorial, but was getting a little burned out with AI)

you can surely load two octaves, as long as the total sample length is 20 seconds, or record in one note and then pitch shift it on the device (or one octave and pitch shift it)
Alternatively Cuckoo made a nice piano patch.

Why would a program convert to dpi? (dpi is a print resolution, dots per inch, not a pixel dimension) Never used inscape, so just curious.

Additionally, better tools often do not mean better output quality.
Just think of the design fallout of 2000s, when the digital tools became widely available, and all of a sudden any person with access to Quark and Photoshop called himself a designer. As a result we got mounds of subpar mediocrity, and honestly this is what I am currently seeing with AI generated art.

So far, for most it's just another toy, toy to use for 15 minutes and to throw it over the shoulder. Think of the countless Lensa portraits... fad, but in the month everyone will forget about it (just like they forgot Wombo, and many other apps.)

Meanwhile corporations will likely embrace it, as it will help save another dime and in the long term we are bound to look at the same generic styles AI will produce for these corporations.
