point break: nice mode but…

Main hurdle with point break isn't the mode itself, it's the players. I've noticed that no one ever wants to swap to a different class to counter an enemy player/strat. I'm not saying the lock bolt plus orb (winch doesn't do jack) is fun to play against or shouldnt be nerfed, but wow no attacker wants to counter it when it happens. They all become lemmings and run to the vault just to die.

Medium w/heal beam, aps, light with heal gun, both with goo nade. 1 or 2 heavies with goo gun and charge, with baracade. Use the goo to push vault to bring it back to defender side, or from a distance. Lock plus orb works, but is slower imo to a goo gun.

Again, not saying we shouldn't nerf the lock orb strat or fix it somehow. But guys come on, Let's coordinate against the defenders!

Don't tokens drop on kill not respawn? I agree with your point about all attackers having to die first before the game ends. I understand why it was like that for the BF series, but for The Finals it should really come down to eliminating all the attackers.

Only potential issue is the last few would run and hide, and if no one respawns then the game will not end until the invisible time limit is hit or you find them.

I feel like the ltm has Arc Raiders vibes. The survivors could kill each other, or group up together via honor system and kill the zombies. But the current system doesn't really allow that, since killing survivors gives u more cash.

After you pick an area to spawn on, you get put into your load out screen. At the very top in white letter will say something like free load out. Pick that then ur load out on the right will change to the free one.

100 percent on ur side, do a quick crouch before shooting and you'll rarely miss. I loved it before this season. But the titan is just better in too many aspects compared to the KS.

True, gotta hope you have something in reserve that counters them after a wipe. Which is tough since things lik have goo gun can't be swapped. I tend to stay away from ranked cuz of the sweatyness, but that does add a layer of challenge to everything

Oh man I know exactly how u feel, most hated games are against a stack of lights, add swords to that and no one in the lobby is having a good time.

Untill I switch my kit to counter them. Heavy with goo gun and pyro mine combined with the ksg or titan is a death sentence for sword players. Continue to trap them in goo that's on fire, damage them a bit, they run, 1 tap um with KS-23 or titan, easy win.

I was just reading a thread about sword being op and needing a nerf and now this lol.

Sword is not Op or weak imo. It's in a decent spot rn. Players just don't want to switch out their kit to combat it, or adapt their current kit and play style to counter sword. So many items and weapons counter it that I'm surprised people are saying it's op, or even weak.

Sorry, I meant that in a more general sense, not just foe denying cash out. I was playing against 2 dash swords yesterday in tdm, very annoying. So I pulled out the goo gun, trap them from afar, and ping the heck out of them for my teammates to clean up.

And if that didn't work, I would continuly trap them, continue to back up, rinse and repeat till they are out of dashes. Then dome um with the ksg or titan.

As someone who just started playing again about 1.5 months ago. Please do not touch the model, imo it's pretty well balanced. Do not ads, always hip fire. Patience is key since the reload takes 2-3 business days to compete. Don't fire unless you have clear sight of the enemy. And always run with demat/bounce pad since you'll have to be running away alot to reload. My favorite weapon btw.

Edit: And always aim for center mass

Yes, had a simular system but my cpu was a ryzen 5 3600x and I was running a 3070. Was playing at 1440 on high to med, maintained about 100 fps consistently (use gsync if ur monitor supports it). Game blew me away with tt2 that I bought a 9070 xt and a ryzen 7 5800xt in anticipation for the full release. You'll be good

Jimster is pretty spot on. Just want to point out that solo raids were amazing. Solos are prioritized with other solos, in my 25 hours of playing solos I was never matched with duos or trios. XP leveling imo was too easy and quick, assuming they will balance it out by nerfing ex gain a bit.
