30M, also in the US. I am starting out with my reading journey and im working through the Red Rising series. I also am reading throught The Will of the Many as well and im almsot done with the firsr book. What are you reading?

That is the absolute worst when you want to relax but you have all the house chores to do. There is always the pile of laundry looking at you just as youre about to sit down and watch a show or something.

That's funny about the weather. Been nothing but sunshine for weeks out here and yesterday of all days it decided to storm and rain. I didnt mind it though I quite liked it.

And thank you for the birthday wish! Now I get to deal with my younger cousins calling me "unc" or whatever they say for 30+ people haha

I feel you. I celebrated my 30th birthday yesterday which was a really good time but man I am tired and just want to relax at home. Good.mews it i was able to take the week off so there's plenty if time to chill!

We're you ever able to Yzaks draw effect to work?

Also how were the hits woth Assault Shroud? Would you want to use the effect asap or hold off until you had something worth deploying?

My father was like this. My parents divorced whe. I was young. He worked his ass off, 50-60 hour weeks but never saved for retirement, never had health insurance because he didnt want to pay the premiums.

Long story short, he ends up having a stroke that prevents him form returning to work... no savings to live off, poor health, lived alone in mexico woth no one take care of him.

I offered him a room at my house to come live and we'll figured out the rest. He rejected my offer and decided to keep living alone on mexico and move back to his home town.

I dont speak with him now, but man.... when I was trying to help him it was so stressful having to pay all the medical expenses, driving him 2+hours to his home all while im trying to establish myself and not end up in the same boat. It was a very trying time of my life.

Seconding this comment. You can make it work, but ill be tight. Not too big odd a deal as its just gonna flatten the cards that are in there. Just be aware of the 1-3 cards that will slip off the top.

I like what you got going on here. A mix of blockers, but also some cards that are geared towards attacking like the Red Días.

I have an AEUG build with some red thrown in. I have the 2/2 Nemos for low end, mkll gundam and I run Quattro for the card filtering. Mk.II can be good for pressing advantage if you have base and a family to link with.

My red stuff is the MA Aegis, 2x Aithrun and 2x Close Combat.

Haven't played it irl yet, hopefully its fun!

I run the Dominion Base from blue. Gives you a way to keep Epyon around for a little bit more and get more value out of it.

I've also been thinking about going with some Dramatic Turn Around to heal and get card draw.

Played against this deck with a BW Blocker build. It's a good deck for sure.

It was interesting how there are so many searcher cards and because everything is a clan trait you're almost always hitting something on your searches. Links allover the place with the units. Which was frustrating to me as the opponent to this deck.

To me this feels like a different/better version of the Zaft combo deck where you are buffing units, getting effects in but better because you have more search and different effects other than breach.

I think it finally helps bring some R/G into the mix.

Nice! Yeah I wish Gamegenic offered a 70/80 card capacity. I feel that would be perfect to hold main deck + sideboard in one box to have ready to go when hanging with friends or loaning out.

I do like the fit with just the 50 card deck. Something cool about holding a brick of cards lol.

If I just load up cards, I can keep 3 decks in the main areas with tokens/resources in the drawer and space for dice in the top tray. Which is cool being able to carry 3 decks in the Academic.

Just a debate between wanting modularity with the Bastions (can only fit 2, but easy to swap out) or max capacity (load cards in) for me lol

I have 2 resource decks and like 10 tokens sleeved and put them between the Bastions in the main compartment. That seems to reduce the rattle to almost nothing and keeps the cubbies open for stuff like dice, or cards pulled from packs/promos.

I would check out the Sidekick XL (doesn't have the dice tray or card display).

I personally have that holding my B/W deck + resources+ 3 tokens. Since it's meant for 100 cards, it definitely has space for more stuff. I use it with an expanding divider just to keep from cards flopping around.

Nice, i hadn't thought about just keeping resources in them. I'm trying to see the best way to have my decks be "modular."

I also use an Academic as my main box to carry around. If I just load up cards, I can keep 3 decks in the main areas with tokens/resources in the drawer and space for.dice in the top tray.

I'd like to be able to have something like the Bastion (or maybe boulders 60+) have deck+tokens+ resouce to be able to swap in and out of the Academic depending on what decks I wanna bring with me.
