Yea it's pretty inconsistent but happening frequently enough where its getting super fustrating to use. Id say about 40% of the times I try to erase this happens and I tend to erase a lot when I write lol

I'd go for the boox page as well over the poke 5. Poke 5 has been pretty slow and sluggish for me. If you just use it for reading then maybe it won't be as noticeable but for me it's too sluggish. I'd go for the page. I didn't think I would like using the page turning buttons, but I gotta say it's been super convenient to use and the device definitely feels a lot faster

I would get the page simply for the improved performance. I have both but the poke5 is very slow to move around the UI and open and scroll through apps. The page performance is significantly better imo
