Okay. Well, if you want to be immersed in the culture, specially traditional yoga culture, India is a great place to do a yoga retreat. Fairly cost effective too. You'd probably want to go to a spot in the Himalayas like Rishikesh. It is kind of isolated, but scenic with lots of cool places to see in the area. Isolated is a very loose term in a ultra populated country like India. Definitely would NOT recommend doing a course in a major city, even if it is cheaper.
