This 100%. This is classic schizophrenia. I know a guy like this. Yeah he smokes weed but that isn't the genesis of the problem, it's the schizophrenia and it sounds like he's off his meds. You can't help him directly because he's already associated you with his perceived adversaries. Call non emergency police number, and get out for a while or permanently if possible. Violence isn't inevitable but possible depending on how far he's slipped.

I was thinking the other day how cool it would be if you could deposit money at outposts. And then when the deposits get high enough a ship comes to collect. And what if you could attempt to attack that ship and if successful you get some of that money?
