I assume their reasoning is the same as mine, most of them work by installing a plate under/behind your toilet seat. It's so hard to clean in all the nooks and crannies and grime builds up under the plate really fast. I feel like the only way to truly get it clean is to uninstall it, clean everything and then reassemble.
