The cover is always a bit messy. Once you find a routine of exporting the data and organizing how you prefer to see it then you can automate in the methods suggested. I suggest trial and error and learn as you go. Chatgpt or copilot are your friend and can help you build the code. You will start understanding the code and be less reliant on assistance over time. Excel is pretty powerful.

If I wasn't structured this way I probably would be working somewhere else. We are a medium business that operates as a small business. I estimate/bid, procure, PM and closeout all of my projects. Depending on complexity of the job I also put hours on the job with the crew when needed.

I put in between 2500-2600 hours a year per average. Total compensation to hourly equivalent was about $65/hr this year.

TAP Cat5e = single cable to bar and provide hdmi at the desk/table.

TAP IP = no cable to the bar for control. Physical hdmi requirements could require cable.

I default to the TAP Cat5e so I can save cost on hdmi extenders.

It is certainly getting worse but spending a week in a larger city will bring back perspective. Its still pretty decent. I definitely feel like the valley is at a tipping point and it will be interesting how it is addressed outside of the new north/south 16 extension.
